Rev. Montel Jones, Jr. is a dedicated servant of the Lord with a heart for people and a passion for advancing the Kingdom of God. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age and has been preaching the Gospel since an early age. From that time forward, God has used him to inspire, uplift, and impact lives across the nation.

He currently serves as the Associate Minister of Paradise Baptist Church in Omaha, where he faithfully teaches, preaches, and helps lead God’s people with conviction and compassion. He has also served in other leadership roles, including Youth Pastor, mentor, and community advocate.

Rev. Jones has been highly recognized for his ministry, leadership, and community involvement. He is the recipient of numerous honors, including the NAACP Youth Excellence Award and being named Person of the Year by the historic Omaha Star Newspaper. 

He has also received the Outstanding Young Minister Award, the Community Leadership Citation of Honor, and was featured in the Who’s Who of Emerging Faith Leaders in America. In 2023, he was recognized with the Trailblazer in Ministry Award for his dynamic preaching and leadership that continue to impact both the church and the community.

Beyond the church walls, he has been honored with the Excellence in Empowerment Award, the Spirit of Omaha Community Service Award, and the Rising Star in Leadership Recognition, solidifying his reputation as one of the most promising young leaders of this generation.

Rev. Jones is also the CEO and Founder of Second Chance Solutions, an organization dedicated to providing resources, guidance, and opportunities for individuals and families to rebuild, grow, and thrive. 

Through this platform, he has partnered with schools, churches, and community organizations to offer mentorship, educational programs, and empowerment initiatives that change lives. His commitment to serving both God and humanity is evident in every area of his life. Yet above every title, platform, or accolade, 

Rev. Jones is most proud to be the devoted father of two beautiful daughters, Ma’Niyah Jones and Monet Jones. They bring him immeasurable joy, keep him grounded, and inspire him daily to be the best father, leader, preacher, and man of God he can be.
