Our story
The vision was born during a season of personal rebuilding—a time when Rev. Montel Jones Jr. saw firsthand what grace, guidance, and a second chance can do. Out of that experience came a passion: to make sure no one walks alone and no one’s story ends at a setback. What started with simple acts of mentorship and support quickly expanded as more young people, families, and individuals began reaching out for help, encouragement, and direction.

Today, Second Chance Solutions reaches youth, young adults, families in crisis, returning citizens, and anyone seeking a fresh start. We provide mentorship, leadership development, community outreach, creative empowerment programs, and life-changing support designed to uplift individuals and strengthen communities.
